2017–18 Danish 2nd Divisions
The 2017–18 Danish 2nd Divisions will be divided in three groups of eight teams in the autumn. In spring there will be a promotion play-off and a relegation play-off. The top two teams of the promotion play-off group will be promoted to the 2018–19 Danish 1st Division. Participants Group 1 League table Group 2 League table Group 3 League table Promotion Group The top 4 teams from each group will compete for 2 spots in the 2018–19 Danish 1st Division. The points and goals that the teams won in the autumn group against other participants in the promotion group was transferred to the promotion group. Relegation Group The bottom 4 teams from each group will compete to avoid the 4 relegations spots to the Denmark Series. Jammerbugt FC
Jammerbugt Fodbold Club was a Danish club based in Pandrup, Jammerbugt Municipality, that folded after the court in Hjørring issued a bankruptcy decree on 22 August 2022. History Jetsmark IF The club was founded on 27 August 1973 as a merger between the two neighbouring clubs Kaas IF and Pandrup Boldklub. As Kaas had been playing in green shirts and Pandrup in white, the new first team shirt of course had to be a mix of those two colours. As their first coach they hired Preben Larsen who, for a long time, had been an influential first team player in AaB. The club was capable of having teams spread across all of the six lowest Danish divisions in their first season, and the first home game on the new ground – which was opened on 7 April 1974. 2016–17 Danish 1st Division
The 2016–17 Danish 1st Division (known as the NordicBet Liga for sponsorship purposes) marked the 21st season of the league operating as the second tier of Danish football and the 77th season overall under the 1st Division name. The league is governed by the Danish Football Association (DBU). The 1st Division comprises 12 teams, each playing the others three times for a total of 33 matches per team. Following structural changes to the Danish Superliga, the promotion format was revised for the 2016–17 season. The league champion earns automatic promotion to the 2017–18 Danish Superliga, while the second- and third-placed teams enter promotion playoffs against Superliga opponents for two additional top-flight berths. Vejlby Skovbakken Aarhus (; commonly known as VSK Aarhus) is a Danish football club based in Risskov, a neighbourhood in Aarhus. The club was founded in 2016 when the football departments of Vejlby IK Fodbold and Idrætsklubben Skovbakken decided to merge.
