Jammerbugt Fodbold Club was a Danish club based in Pandrup, Jammerbugt Municipality, that folded after the court in Hjørring issued a bankruptcy decree on 22 August 2022. History Jetsmark IF The club was founded on 27 August 1973 as a merger between the two neighbouring clubs Kaas IF and Pandrup Boldklub. As Kaas had been playing in green shirts and Pandrup in white, the new first team shirt of course had to be a mix of those two colours. As their first coach they hired Preben Larsen who, for a long time, had been an influential first team player in AaB. The club was capable of having teams spread across all of the six lowest Danish divisions in their first season, and the first home game on the new ground – which was opened on 7 April 1974. The 1st Division (''1. Division'') is the second-highest football league in Denmark, also known as NordicBet Liga for sponsorship reasons. From 1945 to 1991, the 1. Division was the name of the highest level of football in Denmark. With the formation of the Danish Superliga, the 1st Division became the second tier of Danish football. While all the teams in the Superliga are full-time professional the 1. Division has a mixture of full-time professional and semi-professional teams. Martin Meldgaard Pedersen (born 9 October 1983) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a left-back. He has played 28 games for the Danish under-21 national team, and was selected for the 2006 European Under-21 Championship. Club career Pedersen made his senior debut for Aalborg BK (AaB) in the 2002–03 Superliga season. At age 21, he had played 39 Superliga matches for AaB. Struggling to capture a first team spot in competition with Danish international defender Allan K. Jepsen, Pedersen was put on loan with Superliga relegation battlers SønderjyskE for the 2005–06 Superliga season. He played 25 games for SønderjyskE, but could not prevent them from being relegated at the end of the season. Jutland Series () is the highest division for men organized by the regional association DBU Jylland and one of the fifth-highest divisions overall in the Danish football league system. The Jutland Association Football Championship () was introduced in 1902. At the introduction of the championship, the tournament was placed at the top of the Danish football league system, but has since been moved to its current status as the fifth best level in Danish football, after a short period as the sixth best level, below the Denmark Series at the fourth level. The 2021–22 Danish 1st Division (known as the NordicBet Liga for sponsorship purposes) marked the 26th season of the league operating as the second tier of Danish football and the 82nd season overall under the 1st Division name. The league is governed by the Danish Football Association (DBU). Participants Lyngby Boldklub and AC Horsens finished the 2020–21 season of the Superliga in 11th and 12th place, respectively, and were relegated to the 1st Division. The 2020–21 Danish 2nd Divisions will be divided in two groups of fourteen teams. The top team of each group will be promoted to the 2021–22 Danish 1st Division. This will be the last season with two groups, and after the season the clubs placed 2-6 in each group will qualify for the new Danish tier 3, and teams placed 7-10 in each group will qualify for the new Danish tier 4.
