2016 City Of Jesolo Trophy
The 2016 City of Jesolo Trophy was the ninth edition of the City of Jesolo Trophy gymnastics competition, held at the SGA Gymnasium in Jesolo, Italy from March 19–20, 2016. Teams from Italy, United States, Brazil and France attended, as well as junior individuals from Canada, Germany, Slovenia, and Finland. Emily Schild
Emily Jane Schild (born August 19, 1998, in Fort Wayne, Indiana) is an American artistic gymnast. She has been a member of the U.S. National team since 2015 and made her international debut at the 2015 City of Jesolo Trophy. At the 2015 Pan-American Games in Toronto, she was part of the gold-winning US team. Personal life Emily Jane Schild was born on August 19, 1998, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, parents David and Maria Schild. The family moved to North Carolina when Schild was around 5 years old. A member of the National Honor Society, Schild was homeschooled through the NCVP and graduated high school in 2017. Schild attended the University of Georgia and competed on their gymnastics program. Ragan Elizabeth Smith (born August 8, 2000) is a retired American gymnast. She is a five-time member of the US National Team (2014–2019) and competed for the University of Oklahoma in collegiate gymnastics from 2020–2024. She is the 2017 United States national all-around champion and was an alternate for the 2016 Olympic team. Personal life Smith was born in Snellville, Georgia, to Michael and Kerry Smith. Enus Mariani (born 4 March 1998) is a retired Italian artistic gymnast. She is the 2012 Junior European all-around champion. Junior career Mariani made her international debut at a 2010 friendly meet between junior gymnasts from Italy, France, Germany, and Switzerland.
