The 2012–13 Cupa României was the seventy-fifth season of the annual Romanian Association football, football knockout tournament. The winner of the competition qualifies for the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League#Second qualifying round, second qualifying round2013–14 UEFA Europa League#Teams, 2013/14 qualifying procedure of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League, if they have not already qualified for European competition; if so then the first non-European place of the 2012–13 Liga I qualifies for the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League#First qualifying round, first qualifying round of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League. Piatra Neamț (; ; ) is the capital city of Neamț County, in the historical region of Western Moldavia, in northeastern Romania. CSU Voința Sibiu was a Romanian football team from Sibiu, Sibiu County, founded in 1965 and dissolved in the autumn of 2012. Pâncota ( Hungarian: ''Pankota'') is a town in Arad County, Crișana, Romania. The town is situated at a distance from the county seat, Arad, in the central zone of the county, at the contact zone of the Arad Plateau and Zărand Mountains.
