2000–01 Nordic Football Championship
The 2000–01 Nordic Football Championship was the fourteenth and final Nordic Football Championship staged. Six Nordic countries participated, Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The tournament was partially played during a joint training camp in La Manga, Spain. Danish Football Association
The Danish Football Association (; DBU) is the governing body of football in Denmark. It is the organization of Danish football clubs and runs the professional Danish football leagues, alongside the men's and women's national teams. Based in the city of Brøndby, it is a founding member of both FIFA and UEFA. The DBU has also been the governing body of futsal in Denmark since 2008. Kurt Mørkøre
Kurt Mørkøre (born 20 February 1969) is a former Faroese football midfielder or striker who is currently manager of the Norwegian club Averøykameratene. He is the elder brother of fellow Faroese international Allan Mørkøre. He is a baker by profession. Per Anders Andersson (; born 15 March 1974) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Starting off his career with Malmö FF in the early 1990s, Andersson went on to play professionally in England, Denmark, and Portugal before returning to Malmö in 2005 to finish up his career. A full international between 1994 and 2005, Andersson won 27 caps for the Sweden national team and represented them at UEFA Euro 2000 and 2004. John Alieu Carew (born 5 September 1979) is a Norwegian actor and former professional footballer who played as a striker. He was capped 91 times and scored 24 goals for the Norway national team. Karl-Erik Nilsson (born 6 May 1957) is the first vice-president of UEFA. Nilsson is also a retired football referee. Life Early career Nilsson was born on 6 May 1957 in Emmaboda, Sweden. Henning Berg
Henning Stille Berg (; born 1 September 1969) is a Norwegian football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of Omonia. His career lasted from 1988 to 2004, most notably in the Premier League where he won titles with both Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United, becoming the first player to win the Premier League with two clubs.
