Divizia C
The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. It was founded in 1936 and was called Divizia C until 2006. An exception was the seasons 1992–93 to 1996–97, in which the league was called Divizia B. CSM Moinești
Club Sportiv Municipal Moinești, commonly known as CSM Moinești, or simply as Moinești, is a Romanian amateur football club based in Moinești, Bacău County, founded in 1948 under the name of ''Petrolul Moinești''. The club was declared bankrupt in 2008 and was re-founded as CSM Moinești. CSM is currently playing in the Liga IV and never played higher than Liga II, second tier of the Romanian football league system. History The club was founded in 1948 as Petrolul Moinești and takes its name from the oil production in the Moinești region. In 1950 the name was changed to Flacăra Moinești. The 1996–97 Divizia B was the 57th season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to two series, each of them having 18 teams. At the end of the season, the winners of the series promoted to Liga I, Divizia A and the last two places from both series relegated to Liga III, Divizia C. FC Olt Scornicești
Fotbal Club Olt Scornicești (), commonly known as FC Olt Scornicești, Olt Scornicești or simply as FC Olt, is a Romanian football club based in Scornicești, Olt County, currently playing in Liga IV – Olt County. Founded in 1972 under the name Viitorul Scornicești, the team quickly became one of the best teams from a rural area, achieving successive promotions through all divisions with political support. Their best finish was 4th place in Divizia A during the 1981–82 season. The club represented the home village of former dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu and arguably receiving "extra help" to reach the top division and avoid relegation.
