1994–95 Slovak Cup
The 1994–95 Slovak Cup was the 26th season of Slovakia's annual knock-out cup competition and the second since the independence of Slovakia. It began on 26 July 1994 with the matches of first round and ended on 18 June 1995 with the final. The winners of the competition earned a place in the qualifying round of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. Slovan Bratislava were the defending champions. First round The games were played on 26, 29 and 30 July and on 2 August 1994. FK Inter Bratislava () is a football club based in Bratislava, Slovakia, temporarily playing its home matches in Štadion Pasienky. MFK Ružomberok () is a Slovak professional football club playing in the city of Ružomberok. History Established in 1906, the club's colours have been traditionally white, yellow and red, which are also featured on the town's flag. However, the sponsor Mondi Business Paper SCP introduced new colours in 2005: orange, black and white. In 1993 the club gained promotion to the Slovak Second Division for the first time and a second promotion to the Corgoň Liga in 1997.
