The Serbian Women's Super League ( / Super Liga Žene) is the top level women's football league of Serbia. It was founded in 2006. The team with the most championships to date is ŽFK Spartak Subotica with 13 titles. The current champions are ŽFK Crvena zvezda, winning their first title in 2023/24 season. Until 2013/14 the top-level league was called Prva Ženska Liga (First League). For that season the Super Liga was created on top of the league system. The second-level league is now the prva liga. Current format Until 2012/13 the league played a double round robin. The winner was the champion of Serbia. From 2013/14 onwards, with only eight teams in the league there are two stages. In the first stage, each team plays the other teams two times for a total of 14 matches. Zemun
Zemun ( sr-cyrl, Земун, ; ) is a Subdivisions of Belgrade, municipality in the city of Belgrade, Serbia. Zemun was a separate town that was absorbed into Belgrade in 1934. It lies on the right bank of the Danube river, upstream from downtown Belgrade. The development of New Belgrade in the late 20th century expanded the continuous urban area of Belgrade and merged it with Zemun. The town was conquered by the Kingdom of Hungary in the 12th century and in the 15th century it was given as a personal possession to the Serbian Despotate, Serbian despot Đurađ Branković. After the Serbian Despotate fell to the Ottoman Empire in 1459, Zemun became an important military outpost. ŽFK Mašinac PZP (Serbian Cyrillic alphabet, Serbian Cyrillic: ЖФК Maшинaц ПЗП) is a Women's association football, women's football club based in Niš, Serbia. The club was the most successful women's football club of SFR Yugoslavia, FR Yugoslavia and Serbia. They play at Mašinac Stadium, in Delijski Vis neighbourhood in Niš. History Mašinac was founded 1970. In 1987, the club moved to a new stadium in Delijski Vis, Niš. In 1990, they made sponsorship an agreement with Philip Morris Operations, Niš Tobacco Factory.
