Sha'aban
Shaʽban ( ') is the eighth month of the Islamic calendar. It is called the month of 'separation', as the word means 'to disperse' or 'to separate' because the pagan Arabs used to disperse in search of water. The fifteenth night of this month is Mid-Sha'ban, which coincides with the celebration of Shab-e-Barat in Muslim communities all over Asia. Şaban Dişli (born 22 February 1958, Geyve, Sakarya, Turkey) is a former Turkish politician, diplomat, and banker. He is a founding member of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and served four terms as a Member of Parliament representing Sakarya. Over his political career, he has held senior roles within the party, including Vice President and Head of Economic Affairs. Şaban Erden who was born in Kırklareli in 1949, was the Deputy Secretary General of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Şaban Karataş (1928–2016) was a Turkish academic and conservative politician who was the director general of the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) between 1976 and 1977. He served at the Parliament in the late 1970s and 1990s. He joined different right-wing political parties, including the Justice Party, the Welfare Party and the Nationalist Movement Party. Şaban Kartal (1 January 1952 – 7 September 1998) was a Yugoslav-born Turkish former football player. Şaban Özdoğan (born 14 March 1990) is a retired Danish footballer and current assistant coach of Ishøj IF. He previously played for Danish Superliga club F.C. Copenhagen. Kemal Sunal (11 November 1944 – 3 July 2000) was a Turkish actor and comedian. With '' Hababam Sınıfı'', '' Kapıcılar Kralı'' and '' Davaro'', Sunal gained large popularity amongst Turkish cinema goers and was famed for his character "Åžaban", a role he frequently played.
