Özlem Becerikli
Özlem Becerikli (born 21 March 1980, in Balıkesir, Turkey) is a Turkish powerlifter of Paralympic powerlifting classification, class PO competing in the -56 kg division, and a Paralympian. She is a member of the Kocaeli BüyükÅŸehir Belediyesi Kağıt Spor Kulübü, Kocaeli BüyükÅŸehir Belediyesi Kağıtspor, where she is coached by Åžule Åžahbaz. Career history Becerikli took the bronze medal in the -52 kg division at the 2010 IPC Powerlifting World Championships held in Kuala Lumpur, Malesia. Özlem was the winner of another bronze medal taken at the Fazza International Powerlifting Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2010. In 2011, she became bronze medalist at the Arafura Games in Darwin, Australia, Darwin, Australia. Özlem Becerek (born 22 April 2002) is a Turkish discus thrower. Sports career Already at her age of 14, Becerek became Turkish youth champion. She is a member of Fenerbahçe S.K. (athletics), Fenerbahçe Athletics. In 2018, she took one bronze medal at the 2018 European Athletics U18 Championships, European Athletics U18 Championships held in Győr, Hungary, and another bronze mwsal at the Athletics at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics – Girls' discus throw, Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She received the bronze medal at the Athletics at the 2019 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival, 2019 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival in Baku, Azerbaijan.
