Adour
The Adour (; eu, Aturri; oc, Ador) is a river in southwestern France. It rises in High-Bigorre (Pyrenees), in the commune of Aspin-Aure, and flows into the Atlantic Ocean ( Bay of Biscay) near Bayonne. It is long, of which the uppermost ca. is known as the ''Adour de Payolle''. At its final stretch, i.e. on its way through Bayonne and a short extent upstream, the river draws the border between the Northern Basque Country and Landes regions. Bayonne
Bayonne (; eu, Baiona ; oc, label= Gascon, Baiona ; es, Bayona) is a city in Southwestern France near the Spanish border. It is a commune and one of two subprefectures in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Bayonne is located at the confluence of the Nive and Adour rivers in the northern part of the cultural region of the Basque Country. It is the seat of the Communauté d'agglomération du Pays Basque which roughly encompasses the western half of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, including the coastal city of Biarritz. This area also constitutes the southern part of Gascony, where the Aquitaine Basin joins the beginning of the Pre-Pyrenees. Together with nearby Anglet, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, as well as several smaller communes, Bayonne forms an urban area with 273,137 inhabitants at the 2018 census; 51,411 residents lived in the commune of Bayonne proper.

Tarbes
Tarbes (; Gascon: ''Tarba'') is a commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in the Occitanie region of southwestern France. It is the capital of Bigorre and of the Hautes-Pyrénées. It has been a commune since 1790. It was known as ''Turba'' or ''Tarba'' in Roman times. Tarbes is part of the historical region of Gascony. Bagnères-de-Bigorre
Bagnères-de-Bigorre (, literally ''Bagnères of Bigorre''; oc, label= Gascon, Banhèras de Bigòrra ) is a commune and subprefecture of the Hautes-Pyrénées Department in the Occitanie region of southwestern France. Name The town was known in antiquity as (Latin for "watery neighborhood") and in the Middle Ages as ("Waters of the Comminges"). Its present name similarly means "Baths" ( oc, Banhèras) of Bigorre, the area of southwestern France once inhabited by the ' and now forming most of the department of Hautes-Pyrénées. Aran (river)
The Aran, from Basque Harana, is a left tributary of the Adour, in the French Basque Country, in Aquitaine, Southwest France. It is long. The river is also known as the ''Joyeuse'', which is also the name of a tributary of the Bidouze. Geography The Aran rises on the northern side of the Baigura in Hélette. It flows between the Zihorri and Atezain, collects in Mendionde waters from Macaye, flows by the former castle of Garro, Bonloc, La Bastide-Clairence and the abbey of Belloc before joining the Adour at Port du Vern, below Urt. Bidouze
The Bidouze is a left tributary of the Adour, in the French Basque Country (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), in the Southwest of France. It is long. Geography The Bidouze rises at the base of ''Eltzarreko Ordokia'' in the Arbailles massif. It drains the east of the Lower Navarre, crossing Saint-Palais (the main town).
