Paolo Heusch (26 February 1924 – 16 October 1982) was an Italian
film director and
screenwriter.
Life and career
Born in Rome, Heush started his career immediately after the World War II as a
script supervisor

Between 1949 and 1957 he was active as an assistant director for over twenty films.
After directing a number of documentaries, he made his feature film debut in 1958 with ''

science fiction film produced in Italy.
His third film as a director was ''
