Ng won the 2020 Belgian Women's Open, which was her first ranking tournament victory since the 2018 Australian Open. With World Women's Snooker events cancelled or postponed during the coronavirus pandemic, Ng's next competitive appearance was at the 2020 Hong Kong Women's Snooker Open Championship, nine months after the Belgian Open. 2021–2022

On the World Women's Snooker circuit for 2021–2022, there were five ranking events.
