Emma Parker (snooker Player)
Emma Parker (born 24 April 1999) is an English snooker player. She made her tournament debut at the 2015 Eden Masters, aged 15, and was number one in the women's under-21 world rankings as of April 2019. Her highest position in the senior rankings is sixth. She has reached three ranking semi-finals on the World Women's Snooker Tour. Career Parker started playing pool at the age of four, and turned to snooker at the age of 15 after her father and uncle took her to Romford Snooker Club. In April 2017, she won the Under-21 Ladies World Championship at the Northern Snooker Center in Leeds. Following further success, she rose to 8th in the women's world rankings in September 2019. She and fellow tour player Reanne Evans were the two women among the eight wildcards for the 128-player televised 2019 Snooker Shoot-Out, making them the first women to compete in the final stages of a televised world ranking event. The 2019 World Women's Snooker Championship was a women's snooker tournament that took place at the Hi-End Snooker Club, Bangkok from 20 to 23 June 2019. Rebecca Kenna
Rebecca Kenna (' Granger; born 11 January 1989) is an English professional snooker player from Keighley. She competes on the World Women's Snooker Tour, through which she also earned a tour card for the professional World Snooker Tour. She was runner-up in the 2018 World Ladies Billiards Championship. Biography Kenna started playing on the women's snooker circuit in 2016, and reached the semi-finals of the world championship at her first attempt. She ended her first full season ranked sixth, having reached the semi-finals of the world championship again, and recorded a victory over multiple world championship title holder Reanne Evans in the course of reaching the final of the 2017 Connie Gough Trophy. Nutcharut Wongharuthai (, ; born 7 November 1999), better known as Mink Nutcharut, is a Thai professional snooker player who is the reigning World Women's Snooker Champion. She and Neil Robertson are also the reigning World Mixed Doubles champions. She is the only woman known to have made a maximum break, having accomplished the feat during a practice match in March 2019. Mink was the World Women's Under-21 Champion in 2018, was runner-up in the 2019 World Women's Snooker Championship and won her first ranking title at the 2019 Australian Women's Open. The 2023 World Women's Snooker Championship was a women's snooker tournament that took place from 28 February to 4 March 2023 at the Hi-End Snooker Club in Bangkok, Thailand, sponsored by the venue and by the Billiard Sports Association of Thailand. The winner received £8,000 from a total prize fund of £25,800 and also earned a two-year tour card on the main professional World Snooker Tour from the start of the 2023–24 snooker season. The 2022 World Women's Snooker Championship was a women's snooker tournament that took place at the Ding Junhui Snooker Academy in Sheffield, England from 11 to 14 February 2022. It was the first staging of the World Women's Snooker Championship since 2019, following an 18-month suspension of the World Women's Snooker Tour between March 2020 and August 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to receiving the newly renamed Mandy Fisher Trophy, the winner of the tournament earned a place on the professional World Snooker Tour from the start of the 2022–23 snooker season.
