. The dispute was triggered by the question of the authenticity of a bronze Alexander bust that was shown in the Stendaler Winckelmann Museum in 2000. For Kunze the exhibit was a 2000 year old work of art although Stefan Lehmann argued that it is a fake, at most 100 years old.
