As of 2018, Indosiar removed all Korean dramas, Indonesian animated cartoons and Japanese anime in favor of religious-themed Indonesian dramas, such as ''Kisah Nyata'' (lit:''True Story''), ''Azab'' (lit: ''Punishment''), ''Pintu Berkah'' (lit.
