Lt. Gen. Herman Franciscus Maria baron van Voorst tot Voorst (The Hague, 2 August 1886 - 9 July 1971) was a Dutch Army officer and politician.
He was the son of
Jan Joseph Godfried van Voorst tot Voorst Senior, and a younger brother of General
Godfried van Voorst tot Voorst. In 1915, he married Felicia Maria baroness
Schimmelpenninck van der Oye (1889-1952).
He attended the
