On 26 February 2022, Kvernadze joined
Telavi on a loan for the rest of the
2022 season. On 5 March 2022, he scored his first professional goal, in a 2–0 league win over
Sioni Bolnisi. Throughout the campaign, Kvernadze helped the team preserve their place in the top tier, having scored three goals.
