Early life and college career

Ganapamo was born in France to Central African parents and moved to the United States at age 12 where his father was working as a doctor. He played college basketball for the University of New Orleans after receiving a scholarship. Ganapamo suffered from injuries and a debilitating staphylococcus infection in his second season. He moved to
