Dominic Akuritinga Ayine (born 6 January 1966) is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Bolgatanga East Constituency in the Upper East Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.

Hon. Ayine first contested the Bolgatanga East constituency parliamentary seat on the ticket of National Democratic Congress during the

He won the parliamentary seat over Rockson Ayine Bukari of New Patriotic Party who pulled 3, 523 votes which is equivalent to 24.48%, parliamentary candidate for PNC David Apasera had 1, 873 votes representing 13.01% and the parliamentary candidate for Progressive People's Party (PPP) Baba Starling Ayinenongma pulled 156 votes which is equivalent to 1.08% of the total votes.
