The 2015 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 12th staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 2004. The draw for the opening round of the championship took place at the County Convention on 14 December 2014. The championship began on 16 May 2015 and ended on 11 October 2015. On 11 October 2015, Newcestown won the championship following a 1-23 to 0-8 defeat of Valley Rovers in the final. This remains their only championship title in the grade. Mallow's Seán Hayes was the championship's top scorer with 4-36.
