List Of S-train Stations
See also: List of Copenhagen S-train lines There are 86 stations that are operated in normal operation on the Copenhagen S-train, an urban rail network which serves the Copenhagen metropolitan area in Denmark. The stations are located on six suburban radial routes - A, B, Bx, C, E, H, and a ring line ( F). Forty-six are elevated, twenty-one are street level, fifteen are below street, four have different levels and one is underground. Of the 84 stations, are 32 located inside the four one-figured ticket fare zones, and another 35 stations are located within the Copenhagen Urban area. 17 stations can be said to be located in suburbs.According to the Danish map book "Kraks kort- København & Omergn 2011" ("Krak's Maps Copenhagen & surroundings 2011"), S-train section, p. 324-325, Lines E and H do not operate during weekends and nights. Faxe
Faxe or Fakse is a town on the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark. It is located in Faxe Municipality in Region Zealand. The town is most known for the Faxe Brewery, Royal Unibrew, a relatively large brewery producing a range of beer and soft drinks, soda, energy drinks, Faxe Kondi and many more and so on. On the edge of town lies a big limestone quarry (1 km2), Faxe Quarry owned by Faxe Kalk, The Faxe Quarry have had their own narrow track railway but it was shut down many years ago owned by Faxe Kalk. Roskilde
Roskilde ( , ) is a city west of Copenhagen on the Danish island of Zealand. With a population of 51,916 (), the city is a business and educational centre for the region and the 10th largest city in Denmark. It is governed by the administrative council of Roskilde Municipality. Roskilde has a long history, dating from the pre-Christian Viking Age. Østbanen (Denmark)
Østbanen (Danish for "The East Line") is a Danish local railway in the eastern part of Zealand. Østbanen started operations on 1 July 1879. It is today part of Lokaltog, a railway company operating nine local railways on the islands of Zealand, Lolland and Falster. Since December 2020, trains have run every 30 minutes between Roskilde and Faxe Ladeplads via Køge and Hårlev. There are also connecting services from Hårlev to Rødvig with a 3-5 minute connection time. The journey time from Roskilde to Faxe Ladeplads is 68 minutes. The stations of Himlingøje, Lille Linde, Tokkerup are outside of their respective villages, and it is even further between Faxe Syd station and Faxe and from Vallø station to Vallø castle.
