A noisemaker is something intended to make a loud noise, usually for fun. Vuvuzela
The vuvuzela is a horn, with an inexpensive injection-molded plastic shell about long, which produces a loud monotone note, typically around B♭ 3 (the first B♭ below middle C). Some models are made in two parts to facilitate storage, and this design also allows pitch variation. Many types of vuvuzela, made by several manufacturers, may produce various intensity and frequency outputs. The intensity of these outputs depends on the blowing technique and pressure exerted. The vuvuzela is commonly used at football matches in South Africa, and it has become a symbol of South African football as the stadiums are filled with its sound. Party Horn
A party horn (also a party blower, party pipe, party elephant, party blowout, noisemaker, party whistle, party honker, ta-doo-dah, noise popper, birthday kazoo, whizzer, blow tickler, tongue kazoo, or party snake) is a horn formed from a paper tube, often flattened and rolled into a coil, which unrolls when blown into, producing a horn-like noise. A whistle is an instrument which produces sound from a stream of gas, most commonly air. It may be mouth-operated, or powered by air pressure, steam, or other means. The whirly tube, corrugaphone, or bloogle resonator, also sold as Free-Ka in the 1960s-1970s, is an experimental musical instrument which consists of a corrugated (ribbed) plastic tube or hose (hollow flexible cylinder), open at both ends and possibly wider at one end (bell), the thinner of which is rotated in a circle to play. It may be a few feet long and about a few inches wide. Moo Box
The moo box is a toy or a souvenir. When turned upside down, it produces a noise that resembles the mooing of a cow. A Groan Tube is a toy, which when turned on one end, makes a distinct 'groan' sound. This is due to a noise maker in the tube, that when it falls, vibrates in the air making the noise. The groan tube was invented in the early 1960s by Japanese toy manufacturer Kureo. The toy was first sold as 'Magic Noise Tube" (魔法音管).
