Monsta Island Czars
Monsta Island Czars was a New York City hip-hop collective that was formed by MF Grimm and included MF DOOM among numerous other NYC MC's. Due to inactivity and DOOM's death in 2020, the group ceased activity. History The members of the group take their names from movie monsters from Toho's Godzilla movies. '' Escape from Monsta Island!'', their only full-length album, was released in 2003 by Metal Face Records. Most M.I.C. Megalon
is a kaiju who first appeared in Toho's 1973 film ''Godzilla vs. Megalon'', his only film appearance to date. Overview Megalon is a bipedal, humanoid, burrowing insect resembling a beetle, standing 55 meters (180 feet) tall and weighing 40,000 metric tons (44,092 short tons), and the god of the subterranean nation of Seatopia. While Megalon possesses limited intelligence (he must be led to his destination by the protagonists' robot, Jet Jaguar), he makes up for it with his strength. Godzilla
is a fictional monster, or '' kaiju'', originating from a series of Japanese films. Destroyah
is a crustacean kaiju who first appeared in Toho's 1995 film ''Godzilla vs. Destoroyah'', as its titular main antagonist. Overview Destoroyah originated as a colony of microscopic Precambrian crustaceans that had been awakened and mutated in Tokyo Bay when the Oxygen Destroyer was detonated to kill the original Godzilla in 1954. In 1995, the Destoroyahs eventually mature into man-sized creatures which repel a JSDF assault. The Destoroyahs later combine into a flying form which fights Godzilla Junior. DJ Subroc
Dingilizwe Dumile (August 3, 1973 – April 23, 1993), known professionally as DJ Subroc, was an American hip-hop artist and a member of KMD and Constipated Monkeys. Biography Dumile was born on August 3, 1973 at Nassau County Medical Center in Long Island, and was "raised primarily in Long Beach, NY." Career Dumile's first group, KMD was formed by him and his brother Zev Love X, who would later be known as MF Doom, along with Jade 1, who would later be known as Rodan, but who was eventually replaced by Onyx the Birthstone Kid. Their first release was the LP '' Mr. Hood'', released by Elektra Records, in 1991. KMD also did further production for artists like 3rd Bass, MF Grimm, Megalon (aka Tommy Gunn), and Kurious Jorge. SpaceGodzilla
is a Godzilla clone kaiju that first appeared in Toho's 1994 film ''Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla'',as the main antagonist. Overview Appearance SpaceGodzilla largely resembles his earthly counterpart, but with several key differences. In addition to having greatly increased musculature, a more bestial face with tusks, a long tail and a piercing, high pitched roar (a slowed down and higher-pitched version of Gigan's roar), SpaceGodzilla bears several features that are a result of the merger with a crystalline organism in outer space.
