''The Story Without a Name'' is a 1924 American silent melodrama film directed by Irvin Willat and based on a novel by Arthur Stringer, which was published in conjunction with the film. It was produced by Famous Players-Lasky and distributed by Paramount Pictures and stars Agnes Ayres. A contest run by ''Photoplay'' magazine asked viewers to select a title for the film for a prize of $5,000, with the alternative title ''Without Warning'' selected as the winning entry. A 1952 film noir with the title ''Without Warning!'' had a working title of ''The Story Without a Name'', but the plots of the two films are quite different. David Rosenfelt is an author who has written thirty-three novels and three TV movies. The main character in most of his mystery books is Andy Carpenter, attorney and dog lover. Biography Rosenfelt graduated from New York University and then decided to work in the movie business. After being interviewed by his uncle, who was the President of United Artists, he was hired and worked his way up the corporate culture. Rosenfelt eventually became the marketing president for Tri-Star Pictures. He married and had two children during this period. Rosenfelt left the corporate industry and wrote screenplays for movies and television. He turned to writing novels and has become quite successful in that genre. Wilbur Bass (born May 31, 1969), better known as Blaq Poet, is an American rapper from Queensbridge, New York City. Biography Blaq Poet was first heard on the track "Beat You Down" from the Bridge Wars during 1987, a diss song towards KRS-One and Boogie Down Productions. At that time, Poet was at least 17 years old, as stated in a 2009 radio interview. History Demo Without Warning released a 20-minute demo in 1992. ''Making Time'' In 1993, one year after the release of their demo, they released their debut album. ''Making Time'' was released originally by Japanese metal label Zero Corporation. The album was originally recorded and mixed by guitarist Ted Burger and engineer Jeff Reidmiller in one week. The pre-release recordings caught the attention of several influential Japanese critics including Masa Itoh and Koh Sakai leading to the decision to spend additional time and bringing in Eddie Kramer to remix the record.
