NHS funding going to private firms escalated during the 2020-21 COVID-19 pandemic. The film looks at healthcare before the NHS and how this service came to be, followed by what happened over the subsequent seven decades, before presenting its arguments on privatisation, underfunding, the private finance initiative and the impact of the 2012 Health and Social Care Act. Freaks Of Nature (Kansas Album)
''Freaks of Nature'' is the twelfth studio album by the American rock band Kansas, released in 1995. Two edited singles were issued but did not chart, nor did the album itself, making it the only Kansas studio album not to appear on any ''Billboard'' chart. The band promoted the album by touring with the Alan Parsons Project, and then opening for Styx. Production Recorded in Trinidad, the album was produced by Jeff Glixman. Violinist David Ragsdale cowrote four of ''Freaks of Natures songs. The band chose to forgo the overproduction of previous albums, including eschewing orchestral instrumentation. Critical reception ''Entertainment Weekly'' wrote that "the techno synths and hoedown fiddles of 'Need' and the AOR schmaltz and African drums on 'I Can Fly' are fairly innovative syntheses." ''The Washington Post'' determined that the band "continues to sound like a middle-American knockoff of such British predecessors as Yes." The ''Deseret News'' noted that "the world-rhythm-insp ...

Atomic (EP)
''Atomic'' (stylised as ''ATOMIC!'') is an extended play (EP) by English electronic musician and producer Labrinth. Written and recorded throughout 2012, it was self-released on Labrinth's own label Odd Child Recordings on 1 February 2013 as a free digital download. Background In May 2012, Labrinth uploaded a number of sketches of new songs on his second SoundCloud account 'Clean water', including "If Mario Had a Dad" (a demo version of "Let the Dogs Run Wild") and "Angry Mob" (a demo version of "Atomic"). "Let the Dogs Run Wild" samples a scene from the film '' Snatch'' where the character Tommy is asked if he likes "dags" (a pronunciation of dogs). "No Prisoners" was produced as the follow-up to an SB.TV collaboration project titled "Upcomers Anthem". The idea behind it was grouping together new talent on a track. The official video for "No Prisoners" premiered on SB.TV on 19 February 2013. Yungen was removed from the final version of the track but features in the video. The EP ...

Killed By Death (song)
"Killed by Death" is a song by the English heavy metal band Motörhead. Released in 1984, in 7" and 12" vinyl pressings. It peaked at number 51 in the UK Singles Chart. Promotion To assist its promotion in the United States, Bronze/Island pressed a 12" promo version for radio play (identical versions on both sides). It is one of the most difficult to find of all Motörhead items. There is also a video made for the track, directed by the manager of the Plasmatics, Rod Swenson, which was banned by MTV for "excessive and senseless violence". Despite relatively high-profile exposure on TV programmes such as Channel 4's '' The Tube'', the single failed to make any significant impression on the UK Singles Chart. This proved particularly disappointing to Lemmy, who at live shows regularly made joking references about its lack of sales. Releases The original song is not included on any official release albums except the compilation album '' No Remorse'', along with three other new ...

Social and political issues as well as the concept of self-reflection constitute the majority of the lyrical content. Dissatisfied with ''Siren Song of the Counter Culture'' (2004) producer Garth Richardson, the band members decided to record their next album with Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore, the duo that worked on their 2003 album ''Revolutions per Minute''. ''The Sufferer & the Witness'' sold 48,327 copies in its first week of release, and charted in seven countries, including the United States where it entered at position ten on the ''Billboard'' 200. Critical appraisal was mainly positive, with reviewers complimenting Rise Against's ability to mature in its sound while simultaneously retain its punk roots. Reviewers also highlighte ...
