''The Early Years 1965–1972'' is a box set that details the early work of the English rock band Pink Floyd released on 11 November 2016. It was released by Pink Floyd Records with distribution held by Warner Music for the UK and Europe and Sony Music for the rest of the world. The box set comprises seven volumes over 33 discs, including CDs, DVDs, BDs, vinyl records, plus memorabilia including photos, posters and tour programmes. It contains early non-album singles plus unreleased studio and live recordings. Although ''Volumes 1–6'' have been available individually since 24 March 2017, ''Volume 7 – 1967–1972: Continu/ation'', remains exclusive to the set. A two-CD compilation, ''The Early Years 1967–1972: Cre/ation,'' was also released. ''The Early Years'' is an EP by Brazilian psychedelic rock band Violeta de Outono, released on July 21, 1988 by now-defunct independent label Wop-Bop Records. It is Violeta de Outono's third official release. It contains cover versions of songs by some of the band's major influences: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Gong and The Rolling Stones. Those recordings trace to as far as Violeta de Outono's inception in 1985, and were remastered for this release. ''The Early Years'' is a compilation album consisting of songs that were recorded by The Starting Line in 2001. History Also referred to as the "We the People Sessions", ''The Early Years'' is a compilation album consisting of songs that were recorded by band in 2001 prior to becoming members of Drive-Thru Records. Some of the tracks appeared on the band's debut EP titled ''With Hopes of Starting Over'', while others were re-recorded and included on ''Say It Like You Mean It''. However, most of the tracks leaked onto the internet before the band released any material and were subsequently not included on any of The Starting Line's eventual albums. On October 31, 2012, Drive-Thru Records officially released the tracks in the form of a compilation album. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is the statutory framework for early years education in England. The term was defined in Section 39 of the British government's Childcare Act 2006.Childcare Act 200online The equivalents in Wales and Scotland are the Foundation Phase and the Early Years Framework. The EYFS has been periodically updated since its introduction. The latest version was published in March 2021 for implementation in September 2021.
