San Lorenzo Martire, Zogno
San Lorenzo Martire is a Roman Catholic church located in Zogno, region of Lombardy, Italy. History A church on the site was begun in 1431 just outside the castle in the town. By 1458, it was within the town walls, but incomplete. Construction of the bell-tower, the long staircase leading the church, the adjacent cemetery, and interior decoration occurred afterwards. In 1472, the church was consecrated. The statue of St Lawrence, atop the bell-tower, was made by Francesco Albera of Milan, who also sculpted the 12 apostles depicted in the interior. San Pellegrino Terme
San Pellegrino Terme ( Bergamasque: ) is a ''comune'' in the province of Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy. Located in the Val Brembana, it is the location of the beverage company San Pellegrino, where its carbonated mineral water drinks are produced. The town is home to several Art Nouveau edifices from the early 20th century, including the ''Casinò'', the ''Grand Hotel'' and the ''Terme'' ('Baths'). Leonardo da Vinci visited the source in Lombardy to sample the town's "miraculous" water. During the 15th and 16th centuries, the town was referred to frequently as Mathusanash Pellegrino in writings coming from the Papal States, France and the Holy Roman Empire.
