Zhou Hui (badminton)
Zhou Hui (; born 1989) is a Chinese badminton player. Born in Lin'an City, Zhou joined the Zhejiang Province badminton team in 2000, and she was chosen to join the national junior team in 2005. She competed at the 2009 East Asian Games in Hong Kong, and won gold for the women's team event. She won her first international individual title at the 2010 India Grand Prix tournament. Zhou retired from the international competitions in 2014, and later works as coach and teacher in Zhejiang Gongshang University. Achievements BWF Grand Prix The BWF Grand Prix had two levels, the BWF Grand Prix and Grand Prix Gold. It was a series of badminton tournaments sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) which was held from 2007 to 2017. Vietnam Open (badminton)
The Vietnam Open ( vi, Giải cầu lông Việt Nam mở rộng) is an international Badminton open held in Vietnam since 1996. In the first edition, the 1997 Badminton Asia Championships runners-up Lee Wan Wah and Choong Tan Fook were the winners in the men's doubles event. After another edition in 1997, the championships were halted for 8 years, then helded again in the BWF calendar in 2006. In 2007 they were established as a BWF Grand Prix event. Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Fransisca Ratnasari Hari Saputra (born 2 October 1986) is an Indonesian retired badminton player. Personal life Fransisca Ratnasari Hari Saputra was born as the youngest daughter of four children of Petrus Haryanto and M. Kasiyem family. She went to Caritas Nandan Catholic Elementary School until she graduated in 1997. She then continue her education in SMPN 5 (Number 5 National Junior High School) of Yogyakarta but only lasted for 2 months because she decided to focus on her badminton career. Syed Modi International Badminton Championships
The Syed Modi International Badminton Championships is an international badminton tournament, which is held annually in India. This tournament was introduced to the badminton circuit as a BWF Grand Prix event in 2009. Since then the tournament is being annually held in Lucknow at the Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium, although it was temporarily shifted to Hyderabad in 2010. The Badminton World Federation (BWF) is the international governing body for the sport of badminton recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
