Zhang Lu (goalkeeper)
Zhang Lu (; ; born 6 September 1987 in Tianjin) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Chinese Super League club Shenzhen. Club career Zhang Lu started his football career with Liaoning Whowin in 2005 after graduating from their youth team. Despite his age, he had quickly established himself within the Liaoning squad in his debut season. However while he had firmly established himself as the first choice goalkeeper, by the 2008 league season, he unfortunately saw them relegated to the second tier. Despite this setback, Zhang remained with Liaoning and helped the team win the second division title as well as promotion back to the top tier after only one season. On 12 January 2016, Zhang transferred to his hometown club Tianjin Quanjian in the China League One. The 2012 Chinese Super League was the ninth season since the establishment of the Chinese Super League, the nineteenth season of a professional football league and the 51st top-tier league season in China. The 2009 China League One is the sixth season since the establishment. League kicked off on 28 March 2009 and is scheduled to end on 25 October 2009. Winners and runners-up promotes to Chinese Super League next season and the last placed team was relegated to League Two. League One expands to 14 teams next season. The 2007 Chinese Super League (CSL 2007) season or the Kingway brewery Chinese Super League as it was known for sponsorship reasons was the fourth edition since its establishment, the 14th season of professional football as well as being the 46th top-tier league season in China. Starting on March 3, 2007 and ending on November 14, 2007 it saw Changchun Yatai clinch the league title for the first time in the last game of the season, while Xiamen Lanshi was relegated with two games to spare. Coincidentally, both of these teams were promoted in the previous season. The champions as well as the runner-up of the league would qualify for the AFC Champions League 2008 as was the same from the previous season. The 2005 Chinese Super League season was the second season of China's top-tier football competition. With no relegation the previous season, the league expanded from 12 to 14 clubs with the promotion of Shanghai Zobon and Wuhan Huanghelou. The season was scheduled to start on 5 March 2005, but was postponed until April due to a sponsorship problem and finished on 5 November with Dalian Shide, seven-time champions in the old first division, clinching their eighth title.
