Zeichen Der Zeit
Zeichen der Zeit ("Sign of the Times") was a music project by various German pop musicians. Their common goal was to express their Christian belief and to make an issue out of it in the secular media. An album of the same title appeared in 2004, and the song "Du bist nicht allein" ("You Are Not Alone") became a substantial hit. The project continued in 2006 with the second album "David Generation", which has fewer contributors in order to give it a more distinct sound. Christians
Christians () are people who follow or adhere to Christianity, a monotheistic Abrahamic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Secularity
Secularity, also the secular or secularness (from Latin ''saeculum'', "worldly" or "of a generation"), is the state of being unrelated or neutral in regards to religion. Anything that does not have an explicit reference to religion, either negatively or positively, may be considered secular. Yvonne Catterfeld
Yvonne Catterfeld (born 2 December 1979) is a German singer, actress, and television personality. Born and raised in Erfurt, Thuringia, she later moved to Leipzig to pursue her career in music. In 2000, she participated in the debut season of the singing competition series ''Stimme 2000'', where she came in second place. Catterfeld subsequently signed a recording deal with Hansa Records, which released her debut single " Bum" in 2001. Ben (born Bernhard Albrecht Matthias Lasse Blümel on 15 May 1981 in Berlin) is a German singer, songwriter, and occasional voice actor and TV host. His greatest success was 2002 with the hit single "Engel", a collaboration with singer Gim. Patrick Nuo
Patrick Nuo (born 31 August 1982) is a Swiss singer. Early life Nuo was born and raised in Lucerne, Switzerland, where he lived till the age of 17. His mother is Swiss and his father is an ethnic Albanian from Kosovo. He has a younger brother, Simon. At the age of 14, Nuo abandoned all hope of becoming a popular tennis pro and decided to focus on a musical career instead. After a few misleading steps at home, he managed to move to Hamburg, Germany, where he was engaged as a backing vocalist for several record productions. In the meantime he also worked as a model for charity projects. His final home of residence for many years now is Los Angeles, California. Cassandra Steen (born 9 February 1980) is a German-American singer who rose to fame as the lead singer of the pop/soul trio Glashaus. Söhne Mannheims (German: zøːnə ˈmanhaɪms ''Sons of Mannheim'') is a German pop and soul band founded 1995 in Mannheim by Xavier Naidoo and others. Judy Ann Bailey (born ) is a former news presenter for ONE News, the highest rated evening television news programme in New Zealand. Bailey joined the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation (now Television New Zealand) in 1971 and worked as a reporter on news and current affairs programmes. Sarah Brendel is a Folk/Pop singer from Dresden, Germany. She has achieved success in Germany and internationally, releasing an album with Franklin, Tennessee, Franklin, Tennessee-based Inpop Records in 2005.
