''Zar je važno dal se peva ili pjeva'' is the eighteenth studio album by pop-folk singer Lepa Brena. It was released on 1 March 2018 through the record label Grand Production, after almost a seven-year hiatus, not counting album ''Izvorne i novokomponovane narodne pesme''. The record was primarily produced by Atelje Trag. Release Brena announced on 21 February 2018 that her eighteenth album would be titled Zar je važno dal se peva ili pjeva and released on 1 March 2018. The album's lead single, "Zar je važno da l' se peva ili pjeva (song), Zar je važno da l' se peva ili pjeva", was released on November 28, 2017. On December 28, 2017, Brena released a second single "Boliš i ne prolaziš". On February 21, 2018, Brena released a third single "Kao nova". Fahreta Živojinović (; ; born 20 October 1960), known by her stage name Lepa Brena (), is a folk singer, actress, and businesswoman. She is the best-selling female recording artist from the former Yugoslavia. Lepa Brena grew up in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has lived in Belgrade, Serbia since 1980, where she started her career. Lepa Brena is considered to be a symbol of the former Yugoslavia, due to the fact that she was one of the last popular acts to emerge before the breakup of the country. She has described herself as being " Yugo-nostalgic". Along with her husband, Slobodan Živojinović and friend, Saša Popović, Brena co-founded and co-owned Grand Production, the biggest record label and production company in the Balkans. Marina Tucaković
Marina Tucaković ( sr-Cyrl, Марина Туцаковић; 4 November 1953 – 19 September 2021) was a Serbian lyricist and songwriter. Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Tucaković had a degree from the Economic Faculty at the University of Belgrade. She first started writing songs at the age of 19. After the success of "Dodirni mi kolena" by the Yugoslav rock group Zana and vocalist Zana Nimani, Tucaković continued working with numerous artists in then Yugoslavia. Marko Peruničić
Marko Peruničić (born 1979 in Belgrade, Serbia) is a successful Serbian composer/arranger/producer who has collaborated with over 100 best selling Balkan artists during last 20 years. He is involved in music since his age of 11, initially as the founder, arranger and vocalist of Belgrade's youngest hip hop group ever, Belgrade Posse. Dalmatia
Dalmatia (; hr, Dalmacija ; it, Dalmazia; see names in other languages) is one of the four historical regions of Croatia, alongside Croatia proper, Slavonia, and Istria.
