Zack Evans
Zack Evans (born June 27, 1990) is a Canadian football defensive lineman who is a free agent. He is a two-time Grey Cup champion having won the 101st Grey Cup as a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the 104th Grey Cup with the Ottawa Redblacks. Junior career Evans played junior football for the Regina Thunder of the Canadian Junior Football League from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, he was an All- Canadian in the CJFL and also a finalist for the CJFL's Top Defensive Player award. Professional career Saskatchewan Roughriders Evans was signed by the Saskatchewan Roughriders as a territorial exemption on May 29, 2012. Zachary Evans (born May 30, 2001) is an American football running back for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at TCU before playing one season with Ole Miss in 2022. High school career Evans went to North Shore High School in Houston, Texas. The East Division is one of the two regional divisions of the Canadian Football League, its counterpart being the West Division. Although the CFL was not founded until 1958, the East Division and its clubs are descended from earlier leagues. The 103rd Grey Cup was a Canadian football game that was played on November 29, 2015 between the East Division champion Ottawa Redblacks and the West Division champion Edmonton Eskimos to decide the Canadian Football League (CFL) championship for the 2015 season. The game was played at Investors Group Field in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Shaw Communications was the presenting sponsor of the game; it was the first time in CFL history that the Grey Cup has been sponsored. The Eskimos won the contest 26–20 to claim their 14th Grey Cup championship in franchise history and first since 2005. The 2013 Canadian Football League Expansion Draft was a three-round CFL Draft that took place on Monday December 16, 2013. It was designed to assign players from existing CFL teams to the expansion Ottawa Redblacks.
