Zachary Fucale
Zachary Fucale (born May 28, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract with the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the second round (36th overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Junior Fucale was born in Laval, Quebec, but grew up in Rosemère, Quebec. Before being drafted into major junior hockey, Fucale played for the Saint-Eustache Vikings of the Quebec AAA Midget Hockey League. The Halifax Mooseheads selected Fucale eleventh overall in the 2011 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) Entry Draft. Halifax Mooseheads
The Halifax Mooseheads are a Canadian major junior ice hockey club in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The team was founded in 1994 and began play in the Dilio Division of the QMJHL from the 1994–95 season. Mooseheads history They have appeared in the President's Cup Finals four times, winning in 2013. The other three appearances were in 2003, 2005 and 2019. Charlottetown Islanders
The Charlottetown Islanders are a junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). Based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, the Islanders play their home games at the Eastlink Centre, which has 3,717 arena seats. History Originally located in Montreal, Quebec, and called the Montreal Rocket, the team relocated to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, in 2003. Cape Breton Screaming Eagles
The Cape Breton Eagles are a major junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). Their home rink is Centre 200 in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. History The franchise was originally granted to the Sorel Éperviers (Black Hawks) for the 1969–70 season. They then moved from Sorel to Verdun in 1977 to become the Verdun Éperviers. In 1979, they played in both Sorel and Verdun before moving back to Sorel for the next season. In 1981, they moved to Granby to become the Granby Bisons, and in 1995 changed their names to the Granby Prédateurs. In 1996, the Prédateurs won the Memorial Cup. Quebec Remparts
There have been two junior ice hockey franchises known as the Quebec Remparts (french: Remparts de Québec) that played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The first edition played from 1969 to 1985; the current franchise has played since 1997. Both franchises were based out of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. The current team plays at Videotron Centre. The team is named after the Ramparts of Quebec City. Original Remparts The original Quebec Remparts team was founded in 1969 by a group of investors who purchased the assets of the junior Quebec Aces team. Some of the new owners included Paul Dumont, and Gérard Bolduc. The Remparts took up residence in the same arena as the Aces in the Colisée de Québec. The Remparts were finalists for the George Richardson Memorial Trophy in 1969–70, and eastern Canadian champions in 1970–71. Olivier Roy (ice Hockey)
Olivier Bellavance-Roy (; born July 12, 1991) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender currently playing for Fehérvár AV19 of the ICE Hockey League (ICEHL). Roy was originally drafted in the fifth round, 133rd overall, in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Edmonton Oilers. His playing style is modeled after several players, including Marc-André Fleury and Rick DiPietro. He is of no relation to former NHL goaltender and head coach Patrick Roy. Trois-Rivières Draveurs
The Trois-Rivières Draveurs ("Raftmen") were a Canadian junior ice hockey team playing in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). They played home games at the Colisée de Trois-Rivières, in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. The team was originally known as the Trois-Rivières Ducs ("Dukes") and were a founding member of the QMJHL in 1969. They were renamed the Draveurs in 1973. History The Draveurs finished first place in the QMJHL in 1977–78 with 101 points, and again in 1978–79 with 122 points. Jacques Cloutier
Jacques Cloutier (born January 3, 1960) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, and Quebec Nordiques between 1981 and 1994. He is currently an assistant coach working under Bob Hartley with Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Internationally Cloutier played for the Canadian national team at the 1986 World Championships, winning a bronze medal. Playing and coaching career Selected in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Sabres, Cloutier also played for the Chicago Blackhawks and Quebec Nordiques. The Portland Winterhawks are a junior ice hockey team based in Portland, Oregon, playing in the Western Hockey League (WHL), one of three leagues making up the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). Jonathan Drouin (born March 28, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL).
