Zach Eldridge
Zach Eldridge (born May 31, 1984) is a Canadian curler from Nackawic-Millville, New Brunswick. Career Eldridge lost the final of the 2013 Molson Canadian Men's Provincial Curling Championship to James Grattan by a narrow score of 7–6. He did get to go to the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier with the team though as their alternate. There, New Brunswick they went 5–6. Eldridge didn't play in any games. He joined the Jeremy Mallais rink for the 2014–15 season and it paid off as the team won the 2015 Pepsi Tankard. Nackawic
Nackawic is an unincorporated community in New Brunswick, Canada. It held town status prior to 2023. It is approximately 65 km west of the city of Fredericton on the east bank of the Saint John River. Nackawic, from the Malecite Nelgwaweegek, "straight stream", possibly in reference to how the mouth faces the Saint-John River. History The area was first settled in 1784 by the United Empire Loyalists, primarily through land grants to the families of soldiers who had fought with His Majesty's Regiment of Queen's Rangers during the American Revolutionary War. Previously known as Otis, the development of town began in the late 1960s and was built so those forced to relocate as a result of the Mactaquac Dam being constructed would have a place to reside. Jared Bezanson
Jared Bezanson (born May 11, 1986 in Kentville, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian curler from Quispamsis, New Brunswick. He currently plays lead on Team Scott Jones. As a junior curler, Bezanson won a silver medal at the 2003 Canada Winter Games. He won three straight New Brunswick junior titles from 2003 to 2005, throwing lead rocks for Daniel Sherrard (2003) and for Ryan Sherrard (2004 and 2005). At the 2003 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, the team finished the round robin with a 6-6 record. The team went on to win the gold medal at the 2004 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. They represented Canada at the 2004 World Junior Curling Championships, finishing in 5th place. Despite having the same lineup at the 2005 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, the Sherrard rink finished with a 5-7 record. Robert Daley (born 1930 in New York City), is an American writer, journalist, and former New York City Police Department officer. He is the author of 31 books, six of which have been adapted for film, and a hundred or so magazine articles and stories. Daley graduated from Fordham University in 1951 and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He spent six seasons as publicity director for the New York Giants of the National Football League in the days of Frank Gifford, Charlie Conerly and Sam Huff. Brian King (born January 2, 1981, in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian curler from Burton, New Brunswick. He currently plays third on Team Scott Jones. Career King competed in his first New Brunswick Tankard in 2010 as second for the Scott Jones. At the 2010 Alexander Keith's Tankard, the team finished with a 4–3 record, missing the playoffs. They returned to the provincial championship the following season where they finished sixth with a 3–4 record. King joined the Zach Eldridge rink for the 2011–12 season. After failing to qualify in 2012, the team competed in the 2013 Molson Canadian Men's Provincial Curling Championship. Christopher Jeffrey (born November 19, 1988) is a Canadian curler from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He currently plays the alternate on Team Scott Jones. Career Men's In his junior career, Jeffrey played in the 2007 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, finishing with a 4–8 record. Jeffrey made the provincial final in 2013 playing third for Zach Eldridge. They lost to James Grattan by one point. He won his first Tankard title in 2015 at the 2015 Pepsi Tankard as second for Jeremy Mallais and they went on to have a 2–9 record at the 2015 Tim Hortons Brier in Calgary. He joined the Grattan rink for the 2017–18 season and the move paid off for him as the team won the 2018 Papa John's Pizza Tankard. At the 2018 Tim Hortons Brier, they finished with a 3–5 record.
