Youssoupha Mabiki (born August 29, 1979), better known by his nickname Youssoupha () is a French rapper of Congolese descent. Early life and career He was born to a Congolese father, the musician and Congo-Kinshasa political figure Tabu Ley Rochereau and a Senegalese mother. After spending his childhood in Congo-Kinshasa, at the age of 10, he moved to France to live with relatives in Beziers, then Osny, Cergy and Sartrouville. He finished his French baccaleureat at Académie de Versailles with high grades and continued with Cultural Mediation, Communication at Roanne and La Guillotière. After obtaining his master's degree, he dedicated himself to music. His first album ''Frères Lumières'' was a trio with two other friends. They released a maxi single. Laouni Mouhid ( ar, العوني محيد , ; born 25 December 1981), commonly known by his stage name La Fouine (, ; ), with additional aliases such as Fouiny Babe or just Fouiny (), is a French rapper and singer of Moroccan descent. He is owner of Banlieue Sale and clothing line "Street Swagg". Adila Sedraïa (born 26 June 1984), known as Indila, is a French singer and songwriter. She collaborated with many musicians on vocals and songwriting prior to releasing her first single, " Dernière danse" ("Last Dance"), in November 2013, which reached SNEP Top 2 in France. Cornelius Nyungura (born 24 March 1977), known by his stage name Corneille, is a Canadian R&B singer and songwriter. Pascal-Emmanuel Sinamoyi Tabu (13 November 1940 – 30 November 2013), better known as Tabu Ley Rochereau, was a leading African rumba singer-songwriter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was the leader of ''Orchestre Afrisa International'', as well as one of Africa's most influential vocalists and prolific songwriters. Along with guitarist Dr Nico Kasanda, Tabu Ley pioneered soukous (African rumba) and internationalised his music by fusing elements of Congolese folk music with Cuban, Caribbean and Latin American rumba. He has been described as "the Congolese personality who, along with Mobutu, marked Africa's 20th century history." He was dubbed "the African Elvis" by the ''Los Angeles Times''.
