Yonaka
Yonaka (stylised as YONAKA) are an English rock band based out of Brighton. The group consists of Theresa Jarvis on vocals, George Edwards on guitar, Alex Crosby on bass and keyboards, and Robert Mason on drums. Yonaka released their debut album, ''Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow'', on 31 May 2019. History First EPs and ''Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow'' (2014–19) Yonaka performed on the BBC Introducing stage at Radio 1's Big Weekend 2016 and released their debut EP, ''Heavy'', the following year. 2018 saw the group issue two further EPs, ''Teach Me to Fight'' and ''Creature''. The title track from ''Creature'' reached the top spot of the Kerrang! Rock Chart in December 2018. Palaye Royale
Palaye Royale is a Canadian-American rock band from Las Vegas, formed in 2008 by brothers Remington Leith, Sebastian Danzig, and Emerson Barrett. The brothers' true surname is Kropp; each one's stage moniker makes use of their respective middle names. They formed under the name Kropp Circle in 2008 and changed their name to Palaye Royale in 2011. History As Kropp Circle (2008–2011) Sebastian, the oldest brother, is a self-proclaimed Canadian, having been born in Canada, on Canada Day. Remington and Emerson were later born in the States after the family moved to Las Vegas soon after Sebastian's birth. The name of the label was inspired by only being able to afford a diet of inexpensive instant ramen at the time, due to having invested most of their money into making records. Radio 1's Big Weekend
BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend (R1BW) (previously known as One Big Weekend, for 2012 as Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, and for 2018 as BBC Music's Biggest Weekend) is a British music festival run by the BBC's radio station. It is held once a year, in a different location within the United Kingdom each time. It was the biggest free-ticketed music event in Europe, until a fee for tickets was introduced in 2018, and always includes a host of new artists. Background and history The festival is a spin-off of Radio 1's "One Big Sunday", where in each Sunday during the summer months a different town would host the roadshow, usually next to a beach or in a large park. These were also free, but non-ticketed and held from 2000 to 2002. The 2019 edition of the Kerrang! Awards, a ceremony recognising achievements in rock music over the preceding twelve months, took place on June 19, 2019.''Kerrang!'', issue 1774, 25 May 2019, page 8. As has long been the case for the Kerrang! Awards, the winners for the major categories were determined by fan votes from a shortlist of nominees, itself determined by a period of open fan nominee submissions. Architects received the most nominations with three, namely 'Best Album', 'Best British Act', and 'Best British Live Act'. The band would ultimately walk away with only the latter award, winning it for the second consecutive year. Twitch is an American video live streaming service that focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of esports competitions, in addition to offering music broadcasts, creative content, and " in real life" streams. A mixtape (alternatively mix-tape, mix tape or mixed tape) is a compilation of music, typically from multiple sources, recorded onto a medium. With origins in the 1980s, the term normally describes a homemade compilation of music onto a cassette tape, CD, or digital playlist. The songs are either ordered sequentially or made into a continuous programme by beatmatching the songs and creating seamless transitions at their beginnings and endings with fades or abrupt edits. Barnaby George Courtney (born 17 November 1990) is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. Early life Courtney was born in England then moved with his family to Seattle, Washington when he was 4. He returned to the United Kingdom when 15. Brighton

Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry.
