Yasuko To Kenji
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Aruko. ''Yasuko to Kenji'' was Serial (literature), serialized in the shōjo manga, ''shōjo'' manga magazine ''Bessatsu Margaret'' from April 2005 to November 2006. In 2008, the series was adapted into a comedy drama which aired in Japan on Nippon Television. Plot The show focuses on a man named Kenji and his younger sister Yasuko, whose parents died in an accident 10 years earlier. Kenji was once the leader of a gang, but in order to support him and his sister, he began making a living as a shōjo manga artist. His character normally wears glasses and appears to be a gentle guy, but he throws off his glasses and reverts to his violent side whenever he tries to protect Yasuko from danger. Aruko
is a Japanese manga artist. After debuting in 1999, she launched her first series, ''Yasuko to Kenji'', in 2005. Following its completion, she began illustrating Kazune Kawahara's ''My Love Story!!'' in 2011, which performed well and received multiple adaptations. Following ''My Love Story!!''s completion, Aruko began illustrating ''My Love Mix-Up!'' in 2019. Biography Aruko was born in Ishikawa Prefecture on July 26. Aruko debuted as a manga artist in 1999 with the One-shot (comics), one-shot ''Ame no Chi Hare'', published in ''Bessatsu Margaret''. Tokio is a Japanese rock/ pop band formed by Johnny & Associates that debuted in 1994.
