Turkish ( , ), also referred to as Turkish of Turkey (''Türkiye Türkçesi''), is the most widely spoken of the Turkic languages, with around 80 to 90 million speakers. Rukiye Yıldırım (born February 12, 1991 in Ankara) is a European champion Turkish taekwondo practitioner competing in the finweight division. She is a graduate student in the School of Sports science at Selçuk University in Konya. She began with Taekwondo in 2002 in Kanka Taekwondo S.K. in Ankara, where she is coached by Hızır Pınaroğlu. Ramazan Yıldırım (born 7 September 1975) is a German-born Turkish former footballer and manager. Career As a player, Yıldırım spent three seasons in the 2. Bundesliga with Rot-Weiss Essen and Kickers Offenbach, as well as one season in the 3. Liga with Eintracht Braunschweig. Coaching career After retiring as a player Yıldırım became a youth coach at Eintracht Braunschweig. Hüseyin Yıldırım (born March 10, 1928) is a Turkish-American auto mechanic who was sentenced to life imprisonment in the United States for his courier role in the espionage activities of U.S. serviceman James Hall III during the Cold War era. Yıldırım was later pardoned and extradited to his homeland, where he was sentenced to 17 years in prison but served only one day.
