Fatoş Yıldırım (born March 28, 1994) is a Turkish women's soccer, women's football Midfielder (association football), midfielder, who plays in the Turkish Women's Football Super League, Super League for Fomget Gençlik ve Spor, Ankara BB Fomget GS with jersey number 19. In 2013, she was called up to the Turkey women's national football team, Turkish national team. Early life Fatoş Yıldırım was born in Turgutlu district of Manisa Province on March 28, 1994. She began playing football at a very young age in her local neighbourhood. Club career She received her license on May 30, 2008, for her hometown club Turgutlu Belediyespor. In the beginning of the 2010–11 season, she transferred to Gölcükspor, where she played only one season. Since November 2011, she has been with Trabzon İdmanocağı. Trabzon İdmanocağı (women)
İdmanocağı or İdman Ocağı is a Turkish sports club based in Trabzon, Turkey. The club had a strong rivalry with another club, İdmangücü, which matched the The Intercontinental Derby, Istanbul derby between Fenerbahçe S.K., Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray S.K., Galatasaray. İdmanocağı were compared to Galatasaray in that period, partly because of this rivalry and partly because of their red and yellow colours. The association football, football department discontinued in 1967 when they were forced by the Turkish Football Federation to merge with İdmangücü and two other local clubs, Karadenizgücü and Martıspor to form Trabzonspor. They were founded as the first club in the city of Trabzon. Being old and deeply rooted in the city, they played a huge role in the development of various sports in the city. The Turkish Women's Football Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Süper Ligi), formerly the First Women's Football League (also known as the ''Turkcell Women's Football Super League'' for sponsorship reasons), is the top level women's football league of Turkey. In the 2022–23 season, one group of 10 teams and one group of nine teams play a double round robin and finals to decide a champion club, which qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 8 March 2021, the International Women's Day, the Turkish Football Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with the Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell. The Turkish Women's Second Football League ( tr, Kadınlar 2. Futbol Ligi) is the third tier league competition for women's association football in Turkey. Format Teams promoted to Women's First League Format As of 2021-22 Season, 26 teams compete for promoting to 1st League. They were divided into four groups according to their geographical location. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The group winners and runners-up promote to 1st League,third teams in groups advance to the promotion play-offs.
