Yusuf Kurtuluş
Yusuf Kurtuluş (born 15 September 1986 in Of) is a former Turkish footballer. He last played for Inkilap SK. Club career Kurtuluş began playing football in Trabzonspor's famous youth academy and was a vital member in Trabzonspor's 2003-2004 PAF (reserves) championship side. He went on loan for 2 seasons at TFF Second League side Darica Genclerbirligi to gain experience. Yusuf was called back to Trabzonspor in the 2007–08 pre-season camp where he caught the attention of the coaching staff with his talent. His talent was shown in the UEFA Intertoto Cup where he thrilled the fans and media, with his playmaking abilities and by scoring a goal. Bayrampaşa
Bayrampaşa (pronounced ) is a suburban district of Istanbul, Turkey on the European side of the city. The mayor is Atila Aydıner (AK Party). History Up to 1936, Bayrampaşa was part of Fatih district. It was then part of Eyüp district between 1936 and 1990. Until 1970, the area was known as Sağmalcılar, when a large outbreak of cholera, caused by pollution of the Ottoman-built water supply by new buildings and factories, led to the area being quarantined. Following this incident, the name Sağmalcılar became synonymous with cholera, so the district was renamed Bayrampaşa, after the 17th-century Ottoman grand vizier Bayram Pasha. Little of the Ottoman water system, which was built by Mimar Sinan, remains today. On 1 December 2015, an explosion occurred near Bayrampaşa metro station, leaving several injured. The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation. In the 2022–23 season, nineteen clubs compete, where a champion is decided and three clubs are promoted from, and relegated to the 1. Lig. The season runs from August to May, with each club playing 36 matches. Matches are played Friday through Monday. The competition was initially established in 1923. The UEFA Intertoto Cup (from la, Inter, 'between' + german: toto, 'betting pool'),Most precisely, from (football pool); cf. often abbreviated and more known in the German-speaking world as UI Cup and originally called the International Football Cup, was a summer football competition. The competition was discontinued after the 2008 tournament.
