Yunist Stadium ( uk, Стадіон Юність) is a football stadium in Chernihiv, Ukraine. The stadium is a home arena for Yunist Chernihiv and Yunist ShVSM and it belongs to the Sportive youth school. General description Origin The stadium was opened in 1975 and it is located 1.5 km by Stadium Youri Gagarin, 2.5 km by Chernihiv Arena. A number of notable players started at the Youth Academy, playing in this stadium, such as Andriy Yarmolenko, Pavlo Polehenko, Vladyslav Shapoval, Pavlo Fedosov, Oleksiy Khoblenko and Nika Sichinava. In 2015 Andriy Yarmolenko and Berezenko played for the Chernihiv team to mark the opening of a new football field. Reconstruction In 2017, work on the reconstruction of the new stadium began. 2020–21 Ukrainian Second League
The 2020–21 Ukrainian Second League is the 30th since its establishment. The football competitions in the Second League kicked off on 6 September 2020, about half a month after promotion/relegation playoffs. The planned 12th week of the season that accomplished the first half took place on 21 November 2020, yet the extra week was provided for few games that were forced to be rescheduled before teams retired for the winter intermission. The second half is scheduled to restart on 19 March 2021. Summary In this season, the bottom two teams of the First League will be relegated to the Second League. The top two teams from each group of the Second League will gain promotion to the First League for the next season.

FC Desna-3 Chernihiv ( uk, ФК "Десна-3" Чернігів) is the reserve or third squad of Ukrainian football club Desna Chernihiv or Under 19, from the city of Chernihiv. Stadium and facilities The team of the Desna 3 play in the Olympic sports training center "Chernihiv" (formerly Stadion Yuriya Gagarina).
