Yuri Dmitriyevich Sarantsev (russian: Ю́рий Дми́триевич Сара́нцев; 7 October 1928 – 24 August 2005) was a Soviet and Russian actor who appeared in numerous films between 1950 and 1999. He is most known for the 1962 sci-fi film '' Planeta Bur''. He was also an accomplished voice actor, most famous for providing the voice for Ostap Bender in ''The Twelve Chairs'' (1971). Archil Mikhaylovich Gomiashvili (russian: Арчи́л Миха́йлович Гомиашви́ли, ka, არჩილ მიხეილის ძე გომიაშვილი, March 23, 1926 – May 31, 2005) was a Soviet Georgian theatre and film actor (People's Artist of Georgia, 1966) best known for his part of Ostap Bender in Leonid Gaidai's 1971 adaptation of Ilf and Petrov's ''The Twelve Chairs''.
