Yuliya Igorevna Skokova (russian: Юлия Игоревна Скокова) (born 1 December 1982) is a Russian speed skating, speed skater. She lives in Yekaterinburg. She competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, where she placed eighth in Speed skating at the 2014 Winter Olympics – Women's 3000 metres, 3000 meters. Omsk
Omsk (; rus, Омск, p=omsk) is the administrative center and largest city of Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is situated in southwestern Siberia, and has a population of over 1.1 million. Omsk is the third largest city in Siberia after Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk, and the twelfth-largest city in Russia.
