Adrian Younge (born May 7, 1978) is an American composer, arranger and music producer based in the Los Angeles area. Background Younge grew up in Fontana, California. His father is a lawyer and Younge himself earned a Juris Doctor degree from the American College of Law in Orange County. Younge has worked as a lawyer and law professor—having taught entertainment law at his alma mater. Early in his career, Younge worked for the legal department of MTV. Music career Younge edits and scores films. He played bass and keyboards in a band during the late 1990s, and began composing after sampling records with an MPC. He quickly learned to play several instruments and experimented with analog recordings which resulted in the Italian influenced ''Venice Dawn'', which he released on EP. In 2009, his soundtrack for the film '' Black Dynamite'' was released on the Wax Poetics label. Frederick George Younge (12 February 1825 – 6 December 1870) was an English comic actor, in Australia for six years. History Younge was born in London, a son of Richard and Sarah Elizabeth Younge. Younge and his wife Emma arrived in Melbourne in February 1858 by the ship ''Norfolk'', first playing at the Theatre Royal, Melbourne, where his first success was as the butler "Blenkinsopp", in Tom Taylor's '' An Unequal Match'', starring Ellen Mortyn in the role in which Lillie Langtry made her American debut in 1882. John Milton Younge (born July 19, 1955) is a United States federal judge, United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Biography Younge received his Bachelor of Science in 1977 from Boston University, his Juris Doctor in 1981 from Howard University School of Law, and a Master of Jurisprudence, Master of Judicial Studies in 2011 from the University of Nevada, Reno. He began his legal career as a solo practitioner in Philadelphia from 1982 to 1985. From 1985 to 1995, Younge worked at the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, serving as Deputy Executive Director and subsequently as General Counsel from 1991 to 1995.
