Yoon Ji-woong
Yoon Ji-woong (Hangul: 윤지웅; born March 11, 1988 in Busan) is a South Korean relief pitcher who plays for the NC Dinos of the KBO League. He bats and throws left-handed. Amateur career Yoon played college baseball at Dong-eui University. As a sophomore in 2008 he earned MVP honors at the National Amateur Baseball Championship, racking up 3 wins with a 0.00 ERA in 5 games. In the 2008 season, he posted a 0.11 ERA, allowing only one earned run in 85 innings. In April 2009, Yoon won another MVP at the Spring Collegiate National Baseball Championship, posting 4-0 with a 0.27 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 33 innings. In May 2009, he led his team to its second national championship alongside Moon Kwang-eun at the Summer Collegiate National Baseball Championship, voted for the competition's best pitcher. 2009 Asian Baseball Championship
The 2009 Asian Baseball Championship is an international baseball competition that was held in Sapporo, Japan from July 27 to August 3, 2009. It was the 25th edition of the tournament and featured teams from China, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand. César Augusto Quintero (born November 16, 1982, in Chitré, Herrera Province, Panama) is a former minor league baseball catcher. The 2011 Baseball World Cup (BWC) was the 39th international Men's amateur baseball tournament. The tournament was sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation, which titled it the Amateur World Series from the 1938 tournament through the 1986 AWS. Panama were first-time hosts (beating out bids from Chinese Taipei and Venezuela), with games held in four cities, from October 1 to 15. The Netherlands defeated Cuba in the final, winning its first title, and only the second ever for a European team, after Great Britain's win of the inaugural 1938 AWS. There were 16 participating countries, split into two groups for Round 1, with the first four of each group qualifying for an amalgamated Round 2, which determined the single-game matchups for the finals. Lee Jin-young (Hangul: 이진영, Hanja: 李晋暎) (born June 15, 1980 in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea) is a South Korean former right fielder. He batted and threw left-handed. The World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe, known as WBSC Europe, was established on February 10th, 2018 during a Congress of the Confederation of European Baseball and the European Softball Federation in Val d’Europe, France. the establishment of WBSC Europe followed the historic merger of the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) and the European Softball Federation (ESF).
