Yelena Tyushnyakova
Yelena Nikolayevna Tyushnyakova (; born 4 January 1963) is a Soviet-born Russian retired speed skater and ice hockey player. She competed in two speed skating events at the 1992 Winter Olympics as a member of the Unified Team. Tyushkanova also played ice hockey as a defenceman at the Russian national level. Chelyabinsk ( rus, Челя́бинск, p=tɕɪˈlʲæbʲɪnsk, a=Ru-Chelyabinsk.ogg; ba, Силәбе, ''Siläbe'') is the administrative center and largest city of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia. It is the seventh-largest city in Russia, with a population of over 1.1 million people, and the second-largest city in the Ural Federal District, after Yekaterinburg. 2021–22 ZhHL Season
The 2021–22 ZhHL season was the seventh season of the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL) since the league was established in 2015. It was the 27th season in which the women's ice hockey Russian Championship was contested.
