Yassine Mansouri
Mohammed Yassine Mansouri ( ar, محمد ياسين المنصوري; born April 2, 1962) is a Moroccan dignitary who is serving the director of Morocco's external intelligence agency, the General Directorate for Studies and Documentation since February 16, 2005. He previously served as the director of the Moroccan state-owned press agency, Maghreb Arabe Presse in November 1999, then as Director-General of Home Affairs at the Ministry of the Interior. Biography Mansouri was born in Boujad, near Beni Mellal, in 1962. He is the son of Hajj Abderrahmane Mansouri, a religious professor and preacher from Bzou who moved to Boujad after his retirement. He was a classmate of Mohammed VI at the Royal College in Rabat. He received a law degree and two graduate degrees in public law in 1983 from Mohammed V University. Direction Générale Des études Et De La Documentation
The General Directorate for Studies and Documentation (, DGED) is the foreign intelligence agency of Morocco, under authority of the Administration for National Defense. It is officially tasked with maintaining national security and the safety of national institutions. The current general director of the DGED is Mohammed Yassine Mansouri, who studied with Mohammed VI at the Royal College and previously ran Maghreb Arabe Press. Mansouri was appointed to the position by Mohammed VI on February 14, 2005. The agency collaborates often with its internal counterpart, the DGST. Mounir Majidi (full name Mohamed Mounir El Majidi, ar, منير الماجيدي; born 19 January 1965) is a Moroccan businessman. He has been the personal secretary of King Mohammed VI since 2000 and president of the royal holding, SIGER, since 2002. Fouad Ali El Himma ( ar, فؤاد عالي الهمة; born 6 December 1962, in Ben Guerir, Morocco) is a Moroccan politician and senior advisor for Mohammed VI of whom he is said to be a very close friend. Bzou
Bzou (بزو) is a town in the northwest corner of Morocco’s Azilal Province, just off the main road between the major cities of Beni-Mellal and Marrakesh. The sprawling commune of Bzou is composed of various Berber (a mix of Tashelhit and Tamazight) and Arabic-speaking douwars (hamlets) tucked into the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains.
