Yantra Cove
Yantra Cove ( bg, залив Янтра, zaliv Yantra, ) is a 560 m wide cove in the south coast of the Burgas Peninsula of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica east of St. Evtimiy Crag, southeast of Asen Peak and south-southeast of Delchev Peak. Yantra River
The Yantra ( bg, Янтра ) is a river in northern Bulgaria, a right tributary of the Danube. It is long (the third longest Bulgarian tributary of the Danube, after Iskar and Osam), and has a watershed of . Its average discharge at the mouth is . The Yantra has its source from the northern foot of Hadzhi Dimitar Peak in Central Stara Planina, at . In its upper course, it is alternatively known as ''Etar'' (Етър), its older name. The river flows into the Danube close to Svishtov. The river characteristically forms a number of gorges as it flows northward through the foothills of Stara Planina. The most prominent and longest one is , located close to the capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire Veliko Tarnovo. Major cities on the river are Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Polski Trambesh, and Byala, close to which is the famous Belenski bridge. Delchev Peak
Delchev Peak ( bg, Делчев връх, Delchev vrah, ) is the summit of Delchev Ridge, Tangra Mountains, Livingston Island and rises to approximately 940 m. The peak surmounts Iskar Glacier to the west, Sopot Ice Piedmont to the north, and Ropotamo Glacier to the south. The peak is "named after Gotse Delchev (1872–1903), leader of the Bulgarian liberation movement in Macedonia". Location The peak is located at which is 7.2 km east-northeast of Great Needle Peak (Falsa Aguja), 3.2 km southeast of Rila Point and 7.6 km west-southwest of Renier Point. Yantra
Yantra () (literally "machine, contraption") is a geometrical diagram, mainly from the Tantric traditions of the Indian religions. Yantras are used for the worship of deities in temples or at home; as an aid in meditation; used for the benefits given by their supposed occult powers based on Hindu astrology and tantric texts. They are also used for adornment of temple floors, due mainly to their aesthetic and symmetric qualities. Specific yantras are traditionally associated with specific deities and/or certain types of energies used for accomplishment of certain tasks, vows, that may be materialistic or spiritual in nature. Asen Peak
Asen Peak ( bg, Аксенов връх, Asenov vrah, ) is a peak in eastern Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. The peak rises to 810 m in the Delchev Ridge of the Tangra Mountains. The peak overlooks Iskar Glacier and Bruix Cove to the northwest, Ropotamo Glacier to the east-southeast and Dobrudzha Glacier to the south. The peak was named after Tsar Ivan Asen I of Bulgaria, 1190-1196 AD.
