Yakov Pliner
Yakov Gdalyevich Pliner (russian: Я́ков Гда́льевич Пли́нер, lv, Jakovs Pliners; born December 27, 1946, in Rēzekne) is a Latvian politician of Jewish origin and MP of the 7th, 8th and 9th convocations for the union For Human Rights in United Latvia (ForHRUL). He was member of Social Democratic party group in the Baltic Assembly. Saeima
The Saeima () is the parliament of the Latvia, Republic of Latvia. It is a unicameral parliament consisting of 100 members who are elected by proportional representation, with seats allocated to political parties which gain at least 5% of the popular vote.
